All financial transactions on 7700pub are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, debit card, or bank transfer through supported Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Cryptocurrency deposits of any kind are strictly prohibited on 7700pub, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
• Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in accordance with current Philippine regulations.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification to confirm your identity and ownership of the payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. 7700pub reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

• 7700pub aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within minutes to a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on your bank.

7700pub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the platform.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature.
• Attempting to launder money or use 7700pub for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or 7700pub staff through any communication channel.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 7700pub platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from 7700pub without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on 7700pub content.
• Use the 7700pub name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the 7700pub platform.

Any unauthorised use of 7700pub intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7700pub's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7700pub shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions beyond 7700pub's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the platform, which are an inherent risk of gaming activity.

The 7700pub platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

7700pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
